Signing up at Emusic.com is really, really easy. You are asked the standard name/address/email questions. Then enter your credit card and you’re off. A minute, two at the outside, and you’re picking stuff to download. Again, incredibly easy.
Customer Satisfaction and Return Statement
With a service like this, there can be no return policy. However, Emusic does allow a 14 day trial period before your subscription becomes binding. After 14 days, if you are dissatisfied, you can walk, keeping everything you have downloaded thus far.

In this age of electronic media, the idea of selling products that don’t exist outside of a computer is a lot less sci-fi than it used to be. There are any number of services that send various sorts of data directly to your computer; anything from hotel reservations to movie tickets. Still, the real king of electronic merchandise has got to be the MP3. Downloadable music simultaneously revolutionized electronic media and the music industry, and there is a vast market out there. With a vast market comes many different companies; some good, some not so good. Emusic is good. This site has it all. Not only is it a great-looking site, with a creative layout and plenty of dynamic images, but it also navigates well. Finding what you want is easy. The inventory is enormous…hundreds of thousands of songs just waiting to be found by the customer. Any genre you might consider awaits your approval. That being said, there are a few things that should be made clear. The concept of “MP3 for pay” is still a little new, following the Napster saga. Many of the music industry’s biggest stars are unavailable at this site, simply because there are some record labels that have yet to understand the viability of the electronic marketplace. Still, the selection is huge, and the fact that Emusic allows the customer a trial period before committing to the service. This indicates a real confidence in their products; a confidence that from all appearances is well-warranted. Emusic.com is an excellent site for any music lover, but most of all for the electronic virtuosos amongst the younger generations. This site is fantastic and well worth checking out. |
