They have assembled a comprehensive job search website that fulfills all the needs of employment seekers in one go. The site itself is a great one, with lots of color and activity. The layout manages to compress a lot of information into a small space, but still maintain a high level of navigability. Overall, the site is extremely well-suited for its purpose. Best of all…their services are free. Monster.com has links to thousands of jobs that you may browse at your leisure, with entries from all manner of industry. However, that is just the beginning of Monster’s service to the job seeker. They also feature resume help, as well as spotlights on various industries. There are also message boards which allow you network with other like-minded people. This site is a fantastic resource for anyone who is looking for a job. Skip the classifieds.
