There is an inexplicable urge inside a lot of people; the urge to collect. What we choose to collect and how much of it we collect…well, that varies from person to person. Now, there are some collections that are more common than others. This stands to reason. One place where many beautiful and exciting collectibles are produced is the Franklin Mint. The people of the Franklin Mint have long been bringing stunning high-quality products into our homes. Their retail website is just a logical progression for this well-known, well-respected company. The site itself is a really nice one, with a sleek, dynamic layout. The use of color makes this site very pleasing to the eye, and the beautiful images and rich textual description are wonderful and appealing. Navigation is easy and the overall shopping experience is an excellent one. The inventory is just amazing. These are items that you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. They have all manner of collectible here; from die-cast models to chess sets to Faberge eggs. Their prices are extremely wide-ranging…there are gifts and collectibles for all incomes here. There are some interesting additional links as well. There is an Artist’s Corner feature which is really interesting. Here, you can read brief bios of various artists who have contributed work to the Franklin Mint. In addition, there’s a link to the Mint’s museum, showing highlight exhibits and a special events calendar. The Franklin Mint has been providing us with beautiful items for the home for many years, and now their website can do the same for many more. |
