As one would expect, Walmart.com reflects the innovation and ideals that led to that enormous success. The site is a good one, densely packed with information while simultaneously avoiding the appearance of clutter. The layout is easy to work with and the images are crisp and clear. Still, what has propelled Wal-Mart to its current lofty status among department stores is the unbeatable combination of enormous inventory and low prices. You can get almost anything imaginable from Wal-Mart. Electronics, furniture, books, jewelry…if they don’t have it, chances are you don’t really need it. The deals that await you at Walmart.com really are something to see; in addition, the inventory is so vast that you can easily lose chunks of time just browsing through all the various areas of interest. Wal-Mart has been around for many years, and as it stands now looks to be around for many, many more.
