Old Navy is one of the giants of retail apparel, and their site at OldNavy.com is a great illustration of why that is. With a combination of high quality, wide variety, and affordable prices, Old Navy is quite simply a wonderful place to shop, and their website is no different. An effort has been made to make the online shopping experience as pleasant as the retail shopping experience, and on the whole that effort has been mostly successful. The site is extremely user-friendly, lends itself to easy navigation, and still manages to be aesthetically pleasing. Signing up for membership takes a few minutes, and completing the ordering process is about the same. The only really time-consuming part is actually deciding what you want to buy. While the site itself is a good one, the real star of the show is the merchandise. There is just so much to look at; so many different styles and accessories. The customer can't help but find at least a few items that elicit a "wow" or a low whistle. That's how great some of these products are. There are fantastic combinations of style and savings just waiting to be found. That being said, this site does have other features that merit a mention. The Fashion Funway link has several interesting sections. There are introductions to the current featured players in Old Navy's ad campaigns, along with a fashion glossary and fashion quiz. There are also tips on customizing clothing and some downloadable screen savers and desktop backgrounds.
