Us you are actually using the Amazon.com shopping cart for your check
out. If you already have an Amazon account then you will not need
to set up another one with Toys "R" Us. You can just start
shopping. We found that you can shop for toys in many different ways.
You can shop by age, category, brands, and price. They also have a
gift ideas section for those who do not have any idea what to purchase.
One nice feature that we really liked was that they offer UN-bias
customer reviews to help with you decision. If you like you can enter
your own review to help others make their purchase. Toys "R"
Us offers an exclusive line of products that are only found at the
Toys "R" Us stores and at Toysrus.com. Any purchase made
with the Toys "R" Us Chase Visa card will earn a 1% Geoffrey
Reward rebate. The initial checkout is pretty long. It takes about
7 steps to checkout. However, after you do it once you are in their
system and if you want you can use the 1 click checkout option. We
didn't like how they don't provide a customer service telephone number.
They do provide a customer service e-mail, but sometimes you just
want to talk to a live person. Our overall rating of Toys "R"
Us is 4.6 out of a possible 5 stars. |
