You can not beat their customer service. They do not want you to have
anything from L.L. Bean that you are not completely satisfied with.
They really make shopping enjoyable. All of their products have many
tools to help you make your purchase. Click on the product's picture
and it will give you a larger picture and the various colors of a
product is displayed where they can be easily seen. There is also
a measurement table to help with sizes. LL Bean also suggest other
products that may be of interest. The site is easy to navigate and
is easy to browse. The frequently asked questions section of the site
