There is a long wait when we tried to access the customer service telephone number. Website Performance The website has performed without any flaws each time we visited. Overall Website result 31/7 = 4.4 Website Review: We found that Expedia is one of the top rated travel sites for the on-line users. Our customers are extremely satisfied, we get a lot of e-mail saying how they like Expedia and had a good experience. The one thing that stands out from the rest is the prices that Expedia offers (very low). From this site you can learn about a destination, as well as book tickets and hotel rooms for that destination. Rental cars and vacation packages are also available. The website has a very simple design and is reasonably easy to navigate. Expedia also has some other useful tools like a mileage tracker, driving directions, airport information, ect. The many times we tried to access the site we found that it worked about 99% of the time. The checkout process is pretty painless.
